Murdock Canal Ride

Mommy went to Pre-natal Yoga, so Wendy and I dropped her off at the river woods and then went on. 20 mile ride down the Murdock Canal Trail. It was 35* F. Wendy was toasty ( I hope) in her new snowsuit. I don't think she minded the cold too much baca use she took slept most of the way back. 

Mmmmm....yogurt.

I think it's safe to say that Wendy LOVES yogurt. Well, I think she loves being able to feed herself yogurt. 

New Years Day Breakfast at the Anderson's

The Andersons were so nice to invite us over for Breakfast on New Years Day. Wendy attempted and succeeded in climbing the bunk bed ladder and LOVED. Reesa loved holding Caleb. 

Date Night to the MOA and Guru's

Jeff and I went on a date to the Norman Rockwell exhibit currently showing at the MOA. Man it was nice to be there just the two of us. It was a pretty great exhibit. 

Before our reserved time to enter the exhibit we viewed a different piece showing in the museum. It was pretty hilarious...it was a video of African-American men from New York who were asked to smile for one hour. They held it for as long as they could and boy they were putting forth their best efforts! Lips quivering and everything. 

Following our visit to the museum we went to dinner at Guru's. It's been our restaurant of choice lately it's just that good. Quite the evening for us folks. 

Playing in the Snow

Wendy and I went to rock canyon park yesterday to play in the snow with Marni and Yosemite. It was freezing but it was nice to get outside. Wendy thought it was so fun watching our friends sled down the hill. 

25 week appointment

This boy is growing so quickly! Actually I think his growth rate is normal but they belly isn't wasting anytime popping out! The heartbeat sounded good and it's another 4 weeks until another checkup. 

Bean Museum

We went on a fun outing to the bean museum with my friend Anne and her cute little boy Max. 

Bows

We found a bag of hair bows our friend gave me before Wendy was born and Wendy insisted on putting them all in her hair. I think it's a good look for her. I kept asking if she wanted to take them out and she would say "no". So she kept them in for a good hour or so while we played and got ready for the day. 

Sleeping Wendy

Wendy is just so cute when she naps. Especially when her little baby belly is showing! 

Target

Wendy and I went to target for a few things the other day. She is the best shopping buddy and just loves lounging in that cart! 

Story Time at the Library

We went to the library for story time and met our friends Hannah and Jane there. They had fun listening and watching a puppet show all about Ninjas (which starts with the letter N). After the story time Jane and Wendy explored the library together. It was so cute watching them chase and follow rah other around, laughing and pointing at all the fun things to see. Hannah and I were dying and just held each other because our hearts were bursting with joy. Being a mom is pretty great. 

Lots of fun aisles to run down! 

They discovered two huge friends, a bear and a monkey.
